marie Information reaching our desk has it that the former blue 3 singer Jackie Chandiru has quit the music industry and ended her music career. The musician who has been battling drug addiction for almost close to a decade when her music started to fade ,cannot take any more of the celebrity’s lifestyle and has decided to hang up her boots.
Jackie, about one and a half years back nearly lost her life to drug overdose and was rushed to rehab where she spent several months both in Uganda and overseas. Since then the singer has not released any music and made a brief comeback in January at club Amnesia
Jackie Chandiru surprised everyone in December last year when she visited Pastor Robert Kayanja’s church where she got saved.
We only wish her the best and hope she can find peace of mind.
