Former Miss Uganda Sylvia Namutebi Allibhai has been selected to take part in the Mrs. World beauty pageant. Miss Uganda is a pageant different from Mrs. Uganda because one is entirely about responsibility and dominance.
Sylvia who was crowned in Miss Uganda in 2011 will be representing the Pearl of Africa again in an event happening later this year in Sri Lanka.

“I feel delighted and grateful for this opportunity to fill this gap that has existed in this country for ten years. It’s a privilege to be the person selected to take on this mantle. My involvement and background in Miss Uganda has contributed a lot to this selection and I will not disappoint,” she said during a press conference.
Sylvia Wilson Namutebi will have to build her profile prior the competition in Sri Lanka to stiffen her position so as to carry her crown as Mrs. World. She’s is married to Talent Africa CEO Aly Alibhai.

The photo of the contestant showing who to vote for Mrs. World Pageant will be found on the official Facebook and Instagram pages.
