Flavia Tumusiime quits NTV to Join NBS TV as Sheila Ndurunkire’s replacement

It’s been perceived that all NTV Uganda senior journalists and presenters are finding comfort in the services provided at NBS TV by Kin Kariisa, who is the head of Next Media Uganda.

However, news has been heard that Flavia Tumusiime is too following the train and  is set to join the Naguru based NBS TV.

Flavia, who’s been working for NTV Uganda for over five years has called it quits after she requested for a salary increment but was disregarded by her bosses hence her exit.

The media personality joined NTV Uganda as a news anchor on NTV Tonight in 2016. She was also a former host of the morning show called Morning @NTV which she started in 2018.

She will be joining the NBS TV live at 9 crew and taking over the position of Shiela Ndurukire in the news room. Sheila Ndurukire resigned from her TV career as she had secured a Public Relations job at National Medical Stores.

Flavia Tumusiime started her career as a presenter at WBS Teens Club show and moved on to Hot 100 and later is at Capital FM hosting the AM to PM show since 2006.

She is also married to NTV sports journalist Andrew Kabuura and a mother to Liam Ashaba Kabuura.
